Inside An Athlete's Head: Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis months before the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, snowboarder Spencer O'Brien needed to augment her physical toughness with a new level of mental toughness.

Now she's representing Team Canada at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea, in big air and slopestyle.
