2 cups all purpose flour ________________________ 20
1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened _____________ 20
1 tsp instant coffee powder ____________________ 2
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups evaporated milk ________________________ 35
1 cup sugar ___________________________________ 12
1/2 cup butter, unsalted _______________________ 23
TOPPING
200g dark chocolate __________________________ 43
2 tablespoons butter __________________________ 12
1/8 cup evap __________________________________ 2
Roasted peanuts ______________________________ 5
Chocolate chips _______________________________ 5
Total __________________________________________ 179php
Yield ______________________________________ 16 pcs (2x2) brownies
*Overhead cost (water, electricity etc.), labor cost and packaging not yet included if you're planning to sell.
*You can cut them into smaller squares for greater yield if its too thick for you or you may press it over a 9x12 rectangular pan for thinner slices
