Welllll…. I boiled it too long ! Plus with the processing it made candy instead of a jelly consistency. But without the pectin I don’t think it would have the jelly consistency it’s either going to be honey like or hard candy ! 🤣🤣
Same concept as you have to have pectin when making jelly with any juice..grape, blue berry, blackberry but not when you have chunks of fruit like strawberry or pears.

Now we know !!!
