Ingredients:
2-inch section fresh ginger
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 small onion, finely diced
1/2 Tbsp Caramel Sauce • Caramel Sauce for Cooking (Nuoc Mau)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 green onion, finely chopped
Yields: 4 servings
Nguyên liệu:
