Review: 2008 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS - Exotic Bargain at 20k?

I review one of the best sounding luxury sedans ever made, the Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S. This 2008 model was right before the much-needed facelift but did get the much-improved ZF 6-speed automatic transmission. At 20k prices, do you think it's a good deal or still a bad idea?
