DIY expanding foam plug for composite cowling RANS S-7

Two part polyurethane expanding foam carbon fiber plug for airplane cowling. The foam I used shrunk when exposed to prolonged amounts of heat (Unlike the 2 part foam from Wicks aircraft). This was a great learning opportunity and I have formulated a new game plan and will post another video as soon as I make more progress.
