ROS Tutorial - Using Qt Creator

Here I'm just showing the steps necessary to use QtCreator with a pre-existing ROS work space using the catkin build system (not using "catkin_make", the python ros catkin tools method "catkin build")

This enables auto complete, highlighting, and many other nice modern features for ROS c++ development.

This shows how to open up an entire ROS workspace in QtCreator from start to finish.
