With all the development and revolution that is happening in the world, the state of the economic divide in Africa deepens due to lack of quality foundational skills, education and technology. The marginalized communities, non-literates and the youth continue to face systemic discrimination in creating sustainable livelihoods. This has lead to an increase in unemployment and reduction of labor productivity in Africa.
Farhia Jama is a young passionate economic advocate with a background in Law and Tax who founded Holby Training Solution in her quest for economic justice for all. Farhia Jama is a passionate 26-year-old who is transforming Africa - is the Co-founder of Holby Training Solution. She is a Lead Business coach and consultant in various countries in Africa, as well as the author of Your Entrepreneurship Journey and 4 other books This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
