China can use UNCLOS to support claim, says international law expert

According to an international law expert, the Philippines will find it difficult to drive away China in its West Philippine Sea territories. China can defend that they have rights over the territories if they will base it to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
