It’s been such a long time since I uploaded a video but one baby boy later I wanted to rejoin Slimming World and see if the rules are still the same 5/6 years later to lose the baby weight!

I made this video to outline the rules for anyone like me who’s planning to attack the diet fresh in January 2023 and interested to know what the plan is all about!
