Ingredients
120g all purposed  flour
vanilla extract
(A ↓)
120gsugar
3g powder
100g cooking oil
1 carrot (150g)

Cut carrots into small pieces
Put (A) in a container and use a handmixer to blend well
Put the mixture into another bowl, add flour and vanilla  extract and mix well (B)
Use cooking oil to spread evenly on the cake mold to make it easier to take the cake after baking
Put the mixture B into the mold
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes
