Vegan Duck Stir Fry - Linda McCartney Vegan Duck #shorts

I made an absolutely delicious stir fry using the fabulous Linda McCartney’s Vegan Duck. I can describe the meat as chewy but soft in a good way, (it does resemble true hoisin shredded duck), the taste is just spot on, probably even tastier than real duck. I actually gave some to meat eaters and they did not know it was fake until I told them!
I paired the duck with some mixed vegetables and noodles. Truly scrumptious :)  I would definitely recommend using Linda McCartney products in your vegan/vegetarian diet.
