The exterior lighting in the Definitive Edition of San Andreas isn't the best, the lowlights are often way too dark and in some cases, it can even be difficult to see the faces of some characters even in daylight. Thankfully, Lighting Fix can solve a lot of these issues by boosting the lowlights in exterior lighting.
