The Bells of Steel Blitz Treadmill was not built for long-distance running. It was built for sled pushing, sprinting, walking backwards, and more. You can do endurance runs on it, but it is very challenging. The belt is heavy and has a 17-degree curve. The slats are aluminum with a rubber coating.

There are 6 magnetic resistance levels. Levels 5 and 6 are great for simulating a sled push. The lower levels are great for a resisted walk or jog. There are multiple handles to provide stability as you train. You can even walk backwards or connect resistance bands to the handles. The Blitz treadmill is very versatile.

The console on the treadmill is very simple. The display is digital with all of your essential metrics. There are clearly labeled buttons along the side and bottom of the screen to help you set a program up. The Blitz treadmill has a heart rate-based program, but it doesn’t connect to many monitors. I wish is supported popular Bluetooth and ANT+ monitors.

A grab bar at the back of the deck helps you lift the treadmill when it’s time to move it. The Blitz is very heavy at 325 lbs, but the wheels make it easier to move around. It’s more challenging to move than some of the other popular manual treadmills.
