Fondue for Two! with DIY Fondue Set!

This is a scaled down version of the classic fondue, that doesn't require a fondue cooker or a rechaud. A small candlelight set up is plenty to keep a small pot bubbling hot throughout dinner. Get some nice bread and prosciutto, and you'll have an immensely satisfying winter dinner with next to no cooking. Perfect for weekday nights, and you can pat yourself on the back for portion control!
