Baked Furikake Salmon with mayo

2 Tbsp. shoyu
Rub into your salmon and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425.
When done 'soaking', spray your baking dish.
Cover your salmon with a layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with furikake. I use nori komi furikake - it's my favorite blend! If you like wasabi, mix in to the mayo!
Place in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending upon the size of your fillet.
