What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com.  Today we're gonna be checking out this manual Tera Pump.  Now it's designed to fit on 55 gallon drums and what it's gonna do is help you manually pump whatever liquid or chemical out of the drum and into where you need it.  It's gonna be far easier than lifting up the drum, tilting it over.  It's gonna be way quicker and easier.  Let's check it out.

You're gonna have this cap that you can leave loose.  That way it doesn't build up any pressure and it can't be pumped.  You see, if I put you down this way, it's not gonna do anything.  So you turn this and tighten it up.  That's gonna create the pressure to allow you to pump.

Now, you don't just push down once like this, you have to push it down, pull it back up and that's when it's gonna get a proper flow.  And you'll see what we're gonna use for demonstration purposes today.  We're gonna pump water out of this 55 gallon drum and into that bucket.  When you're done and you wanna stop the flow, just loosen that cap up.  It's gonna release that air pressure that it built up and it's done.

When you're done using it, you can take the hose and attach it up here to itself.  It's gonna help it just stay out of the way and not take up more space than it needs to.  You're gonna have 48 inches of hose to use so that gives you plenty of room to reach that bucket or whatever you're going to go put it in.  So if you're going in a gas tank or something, you can run that hose there.  You don't have to be right next to it.

You do have some room, whether it's high or low.  It has an adapter to help it thread into the 55 gallon barrel.  So you can just turn this.  It's got good grip on there to tighten it up or loosen it on the barrel.  So with that turning, you can pull it out.  You can see the full intake we have and let it drain out.  We're gonna have 28 and 13/16 inches of intake to use with that barrel.  Now if your barrel's a little bit shorter and you don't need all of this, these just thread on.  So if you need to take some of this off, you can easily unthread this and put it back in the barrel.  Overall, I think it's a very useful tool to have.  I like that it doesn't require any electricity.  Those electric pumps are pretty nice because you just hit a button and it does it for you but then you're also tethered to a wall outlet or hooking up to your car battery.  I'd much rather I have this so I can use it wherever I am, as far as where I am from the outlet.  I don't have to move the barrel around to use it.  Plus, it just makes it that much easier to pump 5.5 gallons per minute by hand to get it into whatever you're putting it in.  Again, like a lawnmower, a tractor, or even a vehicle.  You can use it for all those things and do it without any power.  Well, I think that does it.  Thanks for hanging out and hope this helped.
