This simple recipe is a fun & delicious twist on plain steamed or sautéed Brussels Sprouts. Shredded and tossed with crunchy bacon and pecans, this recipe comes together fast, is delicious warm or cold (I eat the leftovers as a salad for lunch), and goes great with any variety of dishes.

2 lb brussels sprouts, shredded
1 heaping Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 lb bacon (4 thick slices)
Slap Ya Mama, Tony's Creole, or your favorite all purpose seasoning to taste
