Today we are going to make Maharashtrian recipe Kanda Thalipeeth.  This is a power pack meal & healthy too. This recipe is very easy & explained with all tips.

Ingredients :-
• Onion – 7-8
• Chopped coriander – ½ bowl
• Chopped green chillies – 2-3
• Salt – as per taste
• Methi dana powder – ¼ tsp
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
• Cumin seeds/Jeera – ½ tsp
• Ajwain – ½ tsp
• White sesame seeds – 1 tsp
• Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
• Oil
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Jowar atta – 1 cup
• Besan – ½ cup
• Ragi flour – ½ cup
• Fresh curd – 2 spoons

Makes 3-4 thalipeeth.
