Lennox Lewis faced off against Oliver McCall in a rematch dubbed 'Payback or Playback.' The underdog, McCall, had previously beaten Lennox in a shock 1st round TKO, winning the WBC title. Lennox 'The Lion' Lewis was set on revenge in the rematch.

Many were concerned with the mental well-being of the Brit's competitor who had multiple outbursts during the event.
