How to Fix Honda Odyssey Vibration Issue. Honda Odyssey has a vibration issue that gets worse over time. This video shows how I resolved the steering vibration, shakes, shudder and brake pulsating issue of my 2010 Honda Odyssey.

When the issue started I had the vehicle checked for wheel balancing, alignment, suspension (ball joints, links, tie rods, cv joints, etc)... everything checked out perfectly.  Finally discovered that the issue is with OEM brake disc rotors which warp easily because they are not well suited for this heavy vehicle. I replaced the Honda OEM rotors with a better quality non-OEM made in Japan rotor and it completely resolved the issue!

PARTS USED:
* Genuine Honda Brake Pad set - Front
  Honda Part # 45022-SHJ-415

* Brake Disc Rotors (front) - Mountain Brand (Japan)
  Part # HR-73  , about $75 per rotor
Bought from NAPA Auto Parts: napaonline.com
also at: Advance Auto Parts,  or FRSport.com

RESULTS:
After two years and 25,000 miles of use there is still no vibration issue on my Honda Odyssey and I am very pleased with the results of using Mountain brand rotors with Honda OEM brake pads. In my experience using a high quality rotor (not OEM) totally solved the vibration and shakes issue on my Honda Odyssey, and Honda Accord v6.

VIBRATION PROBLEM ON MY ACCORD:
I had the same issue on my 2007 Honda Accord v6 which shook and vibrated really bad when braking. I replaced the rotors with 'Brembo' Rotors (Made in Italy) and that completely resolved the issue and that issue never showed up again.
