Join us to learn the secrets of Mardi Gras Balls and Carnival Balls for fun times with a classic New Orleans tradition.  The oldest and most traditional New Orleans Carnival balls have a strict dress code of costume de rigueur or white tie full evening dress for gentlemen and ball gowns for ladies.  This is a part of Mardi Gras and New Orleans culture that many tourists never see even though you can watch the meeting of the courts of Rex and Comus for free and live on TV as it happens or on YouTube later.  We show you some of the backstage experience that is usually kept secret from even the people attending the balls here in this video.
