Lango is a pixel art style 2D rpg project I developed to learn programming and game development, and it's available for free as an open source project where I've been trying to do some tutorials to help someone like me who is getting started in game development and the Godot Engine.
My intention with this channel is to share a little of what I learned with the development of this project so that you can learn how to create your own top down action rpg game for free.
I always wanted to create a simple game, just to understand how all the codes work.
I started the project following the tutorials on the HeartBeast channel, for which I am very grateful, and then I had to learn on my own how to implement what I wanted. All this with many attempts and countless hours searching the internet and reading the official documentation of Godot.
The part of the menus in particular, had a great help from the tutorials on the website davidepesce.com where he teaches how to create a small RPG pixel art with a lot of useful information.
So if you wanna learn how to create your own pixel art action RPG game in a Zelda-like style, you found the right channel!
