We were tasked by Epson to immerse visitors in iconic Japanese landscapes with a captivating virtual journey projected on a large-scale 3D representation of Japan, located in the main entrance of their regional headquarters.

As a trusted Epson partner, we worked closely with their in house team to create a solution that combined an array of Epson technology to deliver a spellbinding narrative piece.

Made from multiple layers and printed materials, We created the perfect canvas to tell the story of Japan's rich history brought to life with Epson's latest 20k lumen projector series.

Epson Dye Sublimation Printing was used to accentuate the surrounding canvas with custom printed fabrics based, on the elements created for the projection piece.,

Epson SureColor® Resin Ink Printing was used for the 3D wall elements to add texture and relief to accentuate the content, as well as providing a premium finish when the wall was not in projection mode.

Epson UV Flatbed Signage Printing allowed for large format printing across the larger 3D elements on the wall, this enabled us to go-big and print textures over the surfaces of the 4 panels that formed the ornate 7m window frame.

The projection was powered by two Epson EB-PU2220B's, The world’s smallest and lightest 20,000-lumen projectors. Allowing for a crisp high contrast image across all mediums, and  visible in all lighting conditions.
