1 قرع مبشور
ملعقة كبيرة ثوم

ملعقة صغيرة إكليل وزعتر
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم

-لصلصة البشاميل:
1ل حليب
5 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة
5 ملاعق كبيرة دقيق
2 جبن
رشة جوز الطيب
رشة فلفل أسود
رشة ملح
