It is vitally important for all of us to integrate an awareness of the Divine Mother in our lives. There are three facets (or archetypes) of The Mother: The Divine Mother, the Earth Mother, and the Human Mother. They are all actually meant to be expressions of the Holy Spirit--although the Human Mother often fails in this.
People used to know how to step into the archetypes of the divine masculine and feminine and become gods and goddesses, but through the years, we have forgotten that, and it is actually our Soul's Purpose to remember.
The Mother is in all of us, and is expressed every time we are nurturing or every time we assist in someone's healing. The Universe is the womb of the Divine Mother, and we are ever in the womb of Her Love, even amidst our beliefs in separateness.
The Divine Mother is so patient with us, ever guiding us toward our awakening, and yet, respecting the level of awareness that we are at. Our awakening happens when we can surrender who we once thought we were so we can become who we really are. And that is when we are re-birthed by the Holy Spirit (Divine Mother) into being Holy Children of God.
Our ego doesn't want us to have a direct connection to the Divine, and so we often need to work through our fears and judgments. Connecting with the divine mother is our only means of awakening.
