My good buddy Vincenzo, from Vincenzo's plate joined me for a healthy grocery haul video from Coles on my recent trip to Australia! I asked you guys where we should go, and you said to do a haul video from Coles. Luckily Vincenzo knows Coles very well, and he was even shocked to see some of the prices and unhealthy ingredients in some of the groceries. Man, the prices at the Australian grocery stores are high, I feel for my friends down under. But you need to read the ingredient list, because even the so called healthy food items are not so healthy. I wish I had time for Woolworth's, Aldi, and Costco down under, but this was the best we could do!
