Russian citizens cheered the fighters of the mercenary group Wagner as they withdraw from the south-western Russian city of Rostov-on-Don where they had occupied a key military base amid an armed mutiny against Russia. The pull out takes place after Yevgeny Prigozhin, the boss of the Wagner group, called off his troops' advance toward Moscow, pulling Russia back from its most serious security crisis in decades, AFP reported.
