The modal verbs 'will/would' are mainly used in five ways:
1. Futurity.
2. Request & Offers
3. Habits
4. Conditionals
5. Certainty
Exercise :
1. The train will/would arrive at 6 p.m
2. Would/will you lend me your scooter, please?
3. He will/would sit for hours talking about politics.
4. If I had huge money, I would/will buy a Ferrari.
5. I am sure that the call will/would be from the mother.
