1 sweet pumpkin (400g / 360g after trimming), 2T sesame oil, 2T soy sauce, 1T Korean style soy sauce, 1/2T minced garlic (5g), 1T perilla powder (20g), 1/2T roasted whole perilla seeds (2g).

✨ Sweet pumpkin side dish. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Trim and slice the sweet pumpkin.
2. Microwave (1000W) for 4 minutes.
3. Cool completely.
4. Add 2T sesame oil to the cooled sweet pumpkin and mix.
5. Add 2T soy sauce, 1T Korean style soy sauce, 1/2T minced garlic (5g) and mix. 6. Add 1T (20g) of perilla powder and 1/2T (2g) of roasted whole perilla seeds and mix.
