If you're tired or stressed, this Guided Breathwork Session to Increase Energy will help you let go of all that is draining you. We perform an energy awakening breathwork pranayama practice called Chit Shakti Prakriya. There is 3 rounds of energy breathing exercises with a calm meditation practice to end.

Chit Shakti Prakriya Pranayama known as Energy and consciousness awakening breath, taught by Dr. Omanand Guruji, is a strong and powerful breathing practice. It's known to stimulate the systems of the body (cardiovascular, metabolism, nervous system), improve blood circulation, and open up the energetic system and consciousness. It also helps settle the mind and enhance concentration.

Do NOT practice this right after eating.
Do NOT practice or perform gently if you suffer from:
- High Blood Pressure
- Serious Heart Problems
- Epileptic attacks
