Chicken (boneless)- 250 gm
Garlic(chopped)- 6 to 8
Spring onion(chopped)- 1/4 cup
All purpose flour(maida)-2 tbsp
Corn flour -2 tbsp
Rice flour-1/2 tbsp(optional)
Schezwan chutney/sauce-1.5 tbsp
Red chilli sauce-1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Soy sauce-1.5 tbsp
Green chilli sauce-1 tsp
White vinegar-1 tbsp  
Cooking oil- 250 ml(approx.)
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
Egg-1
