Richard Neuber used a tiny vacant lot in Darmstadt for his Japan house. The architect puzzles his small two-story house to where there used to be a materials store for craftsmen. The large window areas allow an unobstructed view of the countryside and visually widen the room. In this way, indoor and outdoor areas form a perfect connection. Small property - big effect.
