I've been into making madeleines recently, and I've just finished the recipe.

■Matcha madeleines (12 madeleine)
2 eggs
80 g sugar
60 g cake flour
30 g ground almonds
4 g matcha powder
5 g baking powder
60 g unsalted butter

▷How to make Matcha madeleine:
1. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan.
2. Thoroughly mix the whole eggs and sugar.
3. Sift in the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and matcha.
4. Put into a bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Bring the chilled dough back to about 20℃.
6. Butter the molds. Squeeze out 25g of dough per mold. 7.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210℃ for 8~12 minutes.

■Madeleines with burnt butter:
2 eggs
80 g of cane sugar
Pinch of salt
60 g cake flour
30 g ground almond
5 g baking powder
65 g unsalted butter

▷How to make madeleines with burnt butter:
1. melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan. Once melted, scald the butter, stirring constantly, until it turns brown and cools to about 40℃.
2. Thoroughly mix the whole eggs, sugar and salt.
3. Sift in the flour, ground almond and baking powder.
4. Put into a bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Bring the chilled dough back to about 20℃.
6. Butter the molds. Squeeze out 25g of dough per mold. 7.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210℃ for 8~12 minutes.

■Chocolate madeleines:
2 eggs
80 g sugar
60 g cake flour
30 g ground almond
5g cocoa powder
5 g baking powder
50 g unsalted butter
20 g sweet chocolate

▷How to make chocolate madeleine:
1. melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add the sweet chocolate, mix, and allow to cool to about 40°C.
2. Thoroughly mix in the whole eggs and sugar.
3. Sift in flour, ground almond, baking powder, and cocoa.
4. Put into a bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Bring the chilled dough back to about 20℃.
6. Butter the molds. Squeeze out 25g of dough per mold. 7.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210℃ for 8~12 minutes.
