In this video we are breaking down everything you need to know about how game cameras that send pictures to your phone work. As cell cameras gain more and more market share in the trail camera world, the more you may need to know about how they work.
The first piece to the puzzle is data. In order to make an educated purchase on data, you must understand how it works. Any communication from your web portal or app to the camera will cost you money. Whether that is a photo, video, firmware update, or settings change, there is data required to complete the action. So, if you are planning on running video, you will need to purchase more data than someone running photo mode.
