Woodward Fieser rule (Part-2) for unsaturated carbonyl compounds

This is the second rule used specially for prediction of alpha, beta unsaturated carbonyl compounds. This is latter modified scott and therefore also called Scott rule. In this rule solvent shift (shift due to change in solvent) is also explained.
