Mounting My Truck Toolbox with Clamps

In this video I will be using a new toolbox clamp that I have never used before.  I need to secure/mount my old truck toolbox into my new truck that I just got.  The toolbox is a large DeeZee brand toolbox greater than 10 years old.  I do not want to drill holes in the new truck bedrails.  Lets see if this new clamp will work good enough to securely hold this heavy toolbox in place.
