How To Tone Orange Hair at Home *with blue dye

Hey y’all, so I’ve bleached my hair a few times and the orange has been an issue every time. Here are some ways to fix brassy yellow and orange hair for cheap! All I used was a cheap conditioner and semi permanent dyes. Arctic fox “purple rain” and “blue jean baby”.
