how to make police flasher without ic

Hi friends in this video i have made a police flasher light without using any ic instead i have use 4 transistors 2 of them are pnp and 2 are npn i have made 2 multi vibrator circuit 1 for positive out and 1 for negative out 1 of them has 1Hz frequency and other one has 3Hz frequency for that red leds blink 3 times then blue leds blinks 3 times and sequence repeats
