Real Strawberry Syrup Recipe (+Strawberry Milk) | HANSE

Hello! Today, I brought how to make real strawberry syrup. I used ripen strawberry for making strawberry syrup :)
You can make real strawberry milk easily by using strawberry syrup.
You can skip the lemon juice. :)

▶ ingredient

+ Strawberry Syrup
500g strawberry, 400g sugar, 20ml lemon juice

+ Strawberry Milk
strawberry syrup, milk

1) Wash strawberries and cut it into 4 pieces.
2) Put sugar and lemon juice to strawberry and mix it.
3) Wrap it and put it in the room temperature.
4) Put it in a container and keep it in the room temperature for a day and then put it in a refrigerator. (Please stir the bottom)

+ You had better use it in 10 days. You can put it into warm water, sparkling water or milk. Strawberry is on season right now! Try it :)
+ You can cut strawberries into half or smash them.
