How to Create a Pretty, Layered Border using the Basic Borders Dies

I love the beautiful floral design in the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper and wanted to make a card that really highlights it.  To break up the front layer, I added a layered zig zag border using the Basic Borders Dies.  These dies give you a stitched, fancy edge which is so pretty.  The sentiment is from the Very Best Occasions and I stamped it and punched it using the Double Oval Punch.
