When people ask me which bar they should buy for mixed use or CrossFit, my answer is usually a 28.5mm Rogue Bar. However, there are a lot of options in Rogue's line-up so picking between them can get a little confusing. I've used just about every single bar they make and I think every coating has their use, but some are better than others.
These are my picks and what I think you should go for when choosing a bar, though I don't think any of them are actually bad. You really can't go wrong with Rogue barbells.
