Get to know the LINZER CAKE OR CAKE OF LINZ a typical Austrian dessert from the city of Linz.

I changed the dose of the ingredients a little, slightly lighter than the original (we don't have cold temperatures like they do!)
Easy to make, in the end it is a tart, a little higher, with the pastry so fragrant that you will smell its scent for at least two days in the kitchen.
You can also prepare it as a Christmas dessert, in this period the dried fruit and aromas such as cinnamon at home are not lacking!
