Warm up exercises for voice don’t have to be vocal. In this video, I am sharing vocal fatigue exercises that can bring calmness to your body, improve blood circulation and improve function without making any sound. This warm up for voice will show you how to assess your voice, how to warm up your voice in the morning, or how to give it more longevity throughout the day. There are many exercises for voice therapy and these may be less traditional voice therapy exercises but they certainly work. You can even use them as voice therapy exercises for hoarseness.
