Lemon cake
Ingrediants

seed oil 80 gr
milk 100 gr
eggs 4
lemon vanilla
baking powder 1
For the Cream
500 gr water
100 gr sugar
40 gr corn starch
lemon vanilla
turmeric optional
Ventilated oven 170 ° c 45 minutes
To make this lemon cake, start with 4 eggs in a bowl, add 150g of sugar, vanilla, lemon, and mix for 3 minutes.

Make the cream.
500 gr water in a high pot, 40 grams of corn starch, cornstarch, 100 gr of sugar, vanilla and lemon, if you want, put very little turmeric, cold water ....

cut the lemon cake in half and fill with the cream.
Refrigerator 2 hours.
