De meeste Nederlanders weten wel wie Piet Hein is. Maar dat de Zilvervloot aan de andere kant van de wereld, in het Caraïbisch gebied bij Cuba, door Piet Hein veroverd werd, is maar bij weinig mensen bekend. Jort en Pieter Jan laten zien hoe uitgekiende strategie, maandenlange voorbereiding, goed zeemanschap en een portie geluk hebben geleid tot een legendarische overwinning op de Spanjaarden.

presentation of research findings at noncommercial peer conferences, workshops, or seminars."
