Metro active classes are a great way to stay moving and physically fit. This week we are using our Fitbox exercise equipment from our store therehabbox.com . The Fitbox features weights, resistance bands and a small medicine ball all at an affordable price. Combine the Fitbox with any workout routine will improve the routine and produce better results. Chairs are available for seated or standing support.
