Vacuum Tubes: Episode 4 – The Triode (Part 2.5)

In this episode we explore the concept of biasing the grid in a bit more detail. I have four circuits set up on the breadboard and I want to check the grid voltage and output voltage at logic low as well as logic high inputs to get a firmer grasp on the relationship between the grid and the output. This wraps up my in-depth coverage of the triode. In the next episode we’ll take a look at the pentode.
