I interview Steve Rosse, an American who is taking a massive risk to make his dream of living in Thailand possible. Steve lived in Thailand for 7 years in the 90's, married a Thai woman and had children. Steve and his family left Thailand to settle back in American. The marriage ended in divorce and Steve left the family home. Steve longed for Thailand and made a promise that one day he would make the dream a reality. However, Steve's financial situation is precarious as he doesn't have the funds to qualify for a retirement visa.
