Pouring/Fluid acrylic. I call it "Colorful tornado". Some work with palette knife.

I wanted to make something colorful using a palette knife on a long canvas size (10x20 inch). The colors are cerulean blue, turquoise blue, dark blue (ultramarine blue mix with Payen's grey), dioxazine purple, true red (DecoArt Americano) and yellow combination (mix from few colors - white, yellow ochre, cadmium yellow and greenish yellow). Sometimes I need to move the canvas a lot to catch an interesting composition.
My mix is a usual recipe - 1 part paint, 1 part floetrol,  water to consistency and some Liqiutex pouring medium. I mix until I get a consistency similar to fresh honey.
